ID111 - Calls for Today where Equipment is Missing Meter Contact Information Overview & Sample:

This alert will send a list at the end of the day for calls opened today for equipment that is missing a meter contact person. The concept is that perhaps the caller on the call might be a potential meter contact, so this alert lists the branch, call#, customer name, model, equipment ID#, and the caller's information who placed the call for your contract admin to contact that person to see if they should be the meter contact, or if they can tell you who should be.
