Overview
The original purpose of this alert was to advise of equipment moved to 'Returned' Status. The output would provide basic data on the equipment in question. As it grew in popularity, the alert is now being used to monitor for any Status, or multiple Statuses, depending on the statuses entered in Variable W.

1. The model record for the equipment must be set as 'Host' and not set as 'Accessory':
2. When the status on the equipment record changes to a status listed in Variable W, the alert will trigger.
