Overview

To alert the appropriate person(s) of leases expiring within the next W days. Alerts ID64 & ID65 were built to be sales alerts for W Months prior to expiration to hopefully have your salesreps engage with the client at the proper point in the renewal phase. This alert would indicate leases that are now about to expire and are still active and action needs to be taken SOON to help the customer avoid the lease going into automatic renewal.

Variable W: Enter Days Until Expiration (required)

Variable X: Note Type used for Notes on Lease (only one entry please, does not allow for multiples)

Alert Functionality

Alert Functionality

-Alert uses eAuto Service Lease Record to determine expiration/termation date and will on report on ACTIVE Lease Records:

-Alert looks to Sales Rep assigned on Customer Record (does not have the ability to consider your CRM)

-Alert will show any Notes entered on Service Lease Record as long as the Note Type matches that which you have listed in VariableX
