This alert sends a weekly list of all active equipment records that do not have an assigned technician. You can exclude equipment from reporting on the alert by adding specific statuses to Variable W.

Variable W: Equipment Statuses - Enter any equipment statuses to exclude from triggering the alert, separating multiple statuses with commas. Leave blank to not exclude any statuses.

Alert Functionality
1. The equipment record must be set as active.
2. The equipment model is marked as a host and not an accessory.
3. Equipment status is not in an excluded status based on variable W.
The list of equipment statuses can be found in e-automat in Tools - Lists and Codes - Equipment Statuses:
4. The technician assigned to the record has either 'unassign' or 'default' in the technician name, or the technician field is blank.
