Overview
The ID416 process will alert on non-supply orders that contain specific items linked to certain item Categories you list in Variable W. The alert will only trigger for orders where the order type does not equal 'Supply'.

1. The alert will trigger for all sales orders except for those where the order type equals 'Supply'.
2. The item on the sales order must have an item category that matches one set in Variable W.
The list of item categories can be found in Tools - Lists and Codes - Item categories:
3. The alert will report on each item on a sales order that matches the above criteria once. The alert will report on the same sales order if additional items that have a matching item category are added to the sales order.
