Best Practices & Tips
Best Practices & Tips
1. A best practice would be to set callback parameters when new model records are created.
2. Manufacturers will update their default call-back criteria every 6 months to a year, depending on data gathered.
3. It is always a good practice to check Manufacturers' websites for updated call-back criteria at least once a year.
4. For ID101 - Excessive service calls & call backs to work correctly, all model records must have callback parameters filled out.
5. See the documentation here on how to set up callbacks and call alerts.
