Overview

Overview

This alert allows you to review all open calls for those customers you consider to be major accounts.  It emails a report each morning showing all open calls for customers you designate as major accounts.

The alert will send one email to each Technician Manager showing all their technicians' open calls for the specified customers.  It will also send an email of ALL open calls for ALL customers flagged to the TO/CC addresses set on the alert subscription.

Alert Functionality

Alert Functionality

1. Sends an email to Technician Managers and those listed on the alert subscription each morning which shows all open calls for those customers you designate as major accounts. 

2. Alert sends one email per Technician Manager which includes all open calls for major accounts that are assigned to the technicians they manage.

3. Also sends an email to those listed in the TO/CC of your subscription which includes ALL open calls for ALL customers designated as major accounts.

4. Designate a customer as a major account by assigning a value of Yes to custom property ZCJMajorAccount on the Customer Record:

5. In order for all technicians to be included on the report, Custom Property of ZCJFieldTech must be set to Yes on their eAutomate technician employee record:

Step 1 - Create ZCJMajorAccount Attribute

Create new Attribute named ZCJMajorAccount via Tools / Lists & Codes / Attributes:

Attribute Name: ZCJMajorAccount

Description: Mark Customer as Major Account for CEOJuice ID180 Call Alert

Data Type: Yes/No

Step 2 - Add ZCJMajorAccount Attribute to Customer Configuration

Add Attribute to Customer Configuration via Tools / Lists & Codes / Configurations (custom property):

Use quick add feature and set default value to No
