ID815 - eAuto Status update

Our process ID348 is designed to keep sales reps especially updated on the status of their equipment orders, but it can also chase the inventory person to get everything ordered and keep the setup shop in the loop. Currently, the ID348 process requires that you manually change the Sales Order status when all equipment is received. ID815 will automate that, but we are also expanding it to support our new ID959 process which creates the service calls and plan to expand it further past that.

 

Variables:

These example variables are how to set for a very specific workflow scenario (when setup shop call is closed…take ‘delivery’ call off of onhold). Alert and its variables require your staff for internal set up and process review.
