Alert Functionality
Alert Functionality
1. Many clients also use our On Demand SSRS Reports ID900, 909, and 910 to collect date for reporting to their dealer group. You can just use ID704 Power BI, but having the SSRS running is beneficial to help out with identifying what is not mapped through ID909 because you can refresh the dataset on demand a bit easier than Power BI.
2. See here for getting Power BI in place.
3. Click here to download the file ( version 20210416).
4. Real time financial data pulled from eAuto transactions. We do not calculate any data, we are just pulling into report format what eAuto transactions provide.
5. Note you must have your Financials mapped (ID893) for this dashboard to populate, CLICK HERE for instructions.
6. For ECi Hosted clients: We are working with ECi to open up our access so we can set an ODBC connection for you. If you are interested, then please provide us the public static IP address for your company network so that ECi can whitelist it to allow us access.

Financial Cockpit:
Benchmark Highlights to show target against "The Model". GL on report refers to eAuto and financial refers to the model. This page is high level overview. GL transactions straight out of eAuto, then we run through our mapping app (ID893) to blend it together, we are not storing or manipulating any eAuto data.
Can see details, use filters to see by branch, GL, etc.
Right click to drill through to see transactions (i.e. confirm sharp credits, etc.) while reviewing real time:

How does my Income Statement Compare to the Model?:
Using Decomposition Trees to analyze model adjustments compared to e-Auto:

-We deliberately disabled tooltips. However we did a PoC by adding another option of tooltiping. On the cockpit page there is an "info " icon on the top right corner, as shown below:
That takes you to the following panel where your figures, based on all your selections within the page, are explained:
If, for example, you want to analyze "Equipment Revenue" follow the steps
Click on Equipment on the model - as you can see the evolution visuals are now showing figures for equipment revenue, then click on the info button (top right corner):
That panel explains equipment revenue by account, branch and department:
If you want to see details for any line of the model but for a previous month, all you have to do is click on the model item and then press CTRL and the month that you are interested in, click on the info button:
Now you have details for Equipment Revenue for May 2020:
