Alert Functionality
Alert Functionality
1. We will install in Test Mode first so you can review prior to anything actually sending to your customers. While in Test Mode you must still set everything up in eAuto with needed Custom Property (to enable) and set Equipment Shipping Contact. We just code the alert so while in Test Mode emails only sent to those listed in To/CC/BCC of your ID946 subscription.
2. Emails listed in TO receive emails sent to customers, Emails listed on CC receive Daily Summary ONLY, Emails listed in BCC receive both actual emails and daily summary.
3. You must set Custom Property ZCJEnable946 to YES on Customer Record
4. You must have a Shipping Contact on Equipment Record(s) or on Customer Record(s) as this is who the email sends to. Equipment Record overrides Customer Record. You will need to set on every Customer Record, not just Parent as the alert is configured to look for Equipment Shipping Contact per ShipTo Location on your Sales Order.
