2026.10.01 - What's New at Juice

This is the September edition in an ongoing series summarizing everything released or updated each month across your CEO Juice suite. Processes marked ⭐New are tested and ready to activate. Updated processes include a summary of what has changed in the latest version. Click any integration title to view its full documentation.

Reports

Several updates and a brand new Power BI report this month: CW/EA Inventory Compare, which reconciles ConnectWise and e-automate inventory. Accounts Receivable has been completely rebuilt to be the one place your AR team works from, and there are updates across financial, sales order and NMI reporting.

Reconciles ConnectWise on-hand inventory against e-automate warehouse records at the item level, in one dashboard showing overall sync health, the financial value of discrepancies, where gaps are concentrated by item category, and which ConnectWise items have no matching record in e-automate at all. Requires ID747.

Designed to be the one place your AR team works from, bringing open aged A/R, billing accuracy, DSO, payment portal performance and customer-level detail into one report, with reminder emails and write-back to e-automate from the same screens.

What changed: Completely rebuilt, with a new Executive section, a Collector Worklist, an A/R Rep Performance page and on-page documentation throughout. Reminder emails and write-back now use a new CEO Juice custom visual, so no per-user Power Apps or Power Automate licenses are needed. Also new: page-specific Quick Access Filters, aging by due or invoice date, Bill To and Invoice Customer on Open Aged A/R, DSO by AR Rep, and a number of fixes.

Pulls your NMI payment gateway data and your e-automate data together in one place, virtually eliminating the need to log into NMI directly. Your AR team gets full visibility of transactions, failures and settlements, plus a cashbook page showing payments still to be deposited, and a flag for payments that failed due to a check late return but have not yet been voided in e-automate.

What changed: Settlements report now includes a settlements matrix by date, settlement batch and timestamp, and a settlement batch search slicer has been added to Cashbook.

A financial reporting dashboard covering your full financial picture across 50+ report pages: income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, budget vs actuals, financial ratios and year-over-year comparisons, all pulling directly from e-automate transactions, with drill-through to the GL entries behind every number. Includes SG&A analysis and forecast vs budget tracking.

What changed: Added Inventory Turns to Financial Ratios. It uses a new custom property on your inventory and CoGS GL accounts, so there's a short setup step — see the documentation, which has been fully rewritten for this release, with a comprehensive guide to every report page.

A visual dashboard tracking equipment orders from quote through to invoice with deal status, rep rankings, days to invoice, deal profit, and manufacturer/model breakdown, all with drill-down capability. Works alongside ID348 for order status updates and ID815 for automatic status changes and delivery call creation.

What changed: Added Unrecognized Profit and Margin to the Open Orders Planning report, and changed the trend axis in Orders WF Time Analysis - Trends so its visuals can be used to build scorecards. Also fixed the background process that tracks changes to sales order statuses, and a relationship issue in the data model, so the Profitability reports are running as expected.

Email Monitoring Processes

Microsoft is making changes to mailbox access from October 1, 2026, so we've updated several of our email-based processes to connect using the Microsoft Graph API. The two key updates are below.

ID398 Update Meters from Emails cuts down on manual meter entry by automatically picking up meter readings sent by email from your devices and eAgent meter requests, ready to be added to e-automate. It works alongside ID968, which decides how each reading is handled.

What changed: Added Microsoft Graph API integration for mailbox access to support Microsoft changes coming from October 1, 2026, plus a bug fix affecting ID498. We also embedded an auto-deploy feature to enable instant, automatic updates to all when this process is next updated.

If you use Toshiba Elevate Sky to collect meter readings from your devices, ID314 removes the need for manual data entry by automatically picking up those readings from your mailbox and pushing them straight into e-automate using ID968.

What changed: Added Microsoft Graph API integration for mailbox access to support Microsoft changes coming from October 1, 2026. The groundwork for a sales order integration is also now in place in this version, but it isn't live yet while testing continues.

Other Integrations

Three new integrations land this month: Konica ServiceNXT, PrintReleaf (via ID136), and Lockbox (via ID136). The Juice API (ID136) gets new AR and cashbook endpoints for use with similar integrations, and ID667 now supports e-automate v26.

ID285 Konica ServiceNXT saves you managing Konica Minolta service calls in two places: calls sent through ServiceNXT are created automatically in e-automate for your technicians, and status changes and notes are sent back to Konica as each call progresses. This integration is only available to dealers that Konica has contacted directly.

Access to the Juice API for e-automate. It's a secure doorway to your data that lets your larger customers or third parties build integrations with their own ticketing and ordering systems. Service calls and sales orders can then be entered in either system and stay in sync. Note this is the API itself, not a finished integration. The connection is built by you, your customer, or a third party.

What changed: New AR and cashbook endpoints added, useful if you're running multiple ERPs and need to post transactions between them. ID136 is also now the subscription for PrintReleaf, a sustainability platform that uses your e-automate billing data to match your customers' paper consumption with verified reforestation and carbon offset programs. If sustainability is a focus for you or your customers, subscribe to ID136 and contact PrintReleaf to get started.

ID667 is an app that compares the lease data in your e-automate against your leasing company's records, letting you review the differences and choose what to update. Leasing data pulls in automatically via API for Great America customers, or from a spreadsheet for other providers. It's particularly useful for catching signed addendums that never made it into e-automate, and for making sure your reps have accurate lease information when quoting upgrades.

What changed: Added support for e-automate v26 — This version changed one of the underlying e-automate procedures, which caused a failure in lease and asset creation. The app now detects your e-automate version and calls the correct version of the function automatically. Also fixed an unrelated issue causing duplicate asset records.

Syncs completed or invoiced ConnectWise tickets into e-automate as service calls, bringing across the call header details and every time entry as a separate labor entry. Billable and zero-dollar tickets can both come over, which is what makes accurate contract profitability possible in e-automate. Requires ID747, and runs best alongside the ID964 agreement sync for linking calls to the right contracts.

What changed: A new labor hours offset setting corrects for time zone differences between your e-automate server and your ConnectWise server. Also fixes a character length issue on imported serial numbers, along with several smaller bug fixes, and removes SQL credentials from event logging.

Alerts and Data Housekeeping

One update this month: ID918 can now be cloned and narrowed down with two new variables, plus a fix for meter group base rates.

Knowing if your customer's contract is too high or too low can help you maintain happy customers. This alert will monitor base and/or overages/underages so you can get ahead of any contract adjustments to consider. It can serve as a quick heads-up to reps or management about individual invoices that might produce a shock when the customer opens them.

What changed: You can now clone ID918 to run more than one version, and new variables let you narrow it down by customer type (Variable 2) and by overage or underage (Variable 3). Also added advanced logging and fixed an issue with meter group base rates.
