ID165 - Sales Orders missing Contact & email, Overview & Sample

In order to email your customers on the status of their sales orders we need a contact with an email entered on the order in the "Ordered By" field.

ID165 will alert your order processor/person who created the order in eAutomate if they forget to link a contact, highlighting “No Contact Associated” error.

Sample Output:
To link a contact: Select the contact in the drop down list in the “Ordered By” field.

Create a new contact record.



See ID886 for an end of day summary of orders that did or did not have a contact and email linked. 

If you attach a contact but they have no email and you wish to exclude that contact from this alert see this link.
