ID165 - Sales Orders missing associated Contact Record

In order to email follow up information on sales orders we need an email address for the sales order contact.

When a call is created without an associated contact our system will send the following email with a “No Contact Associated” error.

To associate a contact select the contact under the “ordered by” on the front of a new sales order
