Alert Functionality
Alert Functionality
- ID78 compiles a list of all alerts your company is subscribed to, including recipients.
- Alerts highlighted in orange indicate that the alert is subscribed to but currently in test mode.
-
The report includes Alert Revision and Installed Revision columns:
-
If the text in these columns is red:
- For subscribed alerts, this indicates the Installed Revision is not up to date with the latest Alert Revision. Having an out-of-date alert could prevent it from functioning properly or missing bug fixes. Respond to the alert output to request that the alert(s) be updated to the most recent version.
- If the Installed Revision column is blank, the alert is not subscribed to. No revision date exists for comparison, so the mismatch is flagged with red text.
-
If the text in these columns is red:
- Alert also identifies the top 10 most popular alerts you are not subscribed to and lists them in the body of the email.
