Overview
This report allows for you to see which contracted customers are going over or under their contracted allowances. You can run this report to see however many top-ranking customers in the criteria you'd like, and you can also decide to look at those accounts over a period of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. The report will show the percentage of underage or overage.
This report is helpful as it puts you in-the-know of which customers are in need of an account review or possible contracted allowance adjustment. This is a custom report that is installed in your eAutomate Reports/custom Reports Folder with a name of CEOJuice Contract Base Volume Utilization Report and a description of ID453 Reports actual volume compared to base on contracts.

Alert Functionality
This alert reviews overage invoices billed in periods you select and reviews the percentage of billed usage versus prepaid allowance. The examples below explain how the overage and underage percentages are calculated.
Overage: (6,952 Usage - 6000 allowance) / 6,000 allowance = 16%
Underage: (209 Usage - 2000 allowance) / 2000 allowance = (90%)

OnDemand Report Filters
OnDemand Report Filters
In eAutomate, click on Reports from the top toolbar. Select custom Reports.
Double click on the report and select from the available filters seen below.
Customers, Contracts and Sales Rep - you can either include all customers, or you can use the From and To dropdowns to select a specific in both fields. The screen shot below is for customers, but Contracts and Sales Reps will have same selection options.
Total By - select if you want the report to be based on rolling three, six, nine or twelve months.
Method - select which method you want the report to run for. You can look at underages only, overages only or both.
Top Rank - Enter the number of contracts you want to see on the report, or select to include all.
