Overview
The best practice is to always set up equipment records with the main (Parent) customer as the main customer on the equipment record and the location customer (Child) set to the location where the equipment is physically located. This maintains the parent-to-child relationship of customer records and makes reporting easier. This alert checks for those equipment records that have the main customer set as a location customer so that the equipment records can be reviewed and updated.
