Overview
This alert notifies you when a contract for a specific customer has been terminated in your database, but that same customer has other active contracts. The alert is designed to look for specific remaining active contract types that you specify in Variable W and will only alert if the customer has contracts remaining with that contract type only. If the customer has 2 remaining active contracts and one is of the contract type in Variable W and the other is not, it will not alert. This alert can be helpful in catching when your contracts department may not have terminated all contracts for a customer in error. The alert was originally created for notification of an equipment contract being terminated but the connectivity contract was left open.
Run Schedule: Daily at 7 A.M.
Type of Output: Email
