Overview
Overview
This simple alert will give you a daily heads-up of what contracts were marked 'terminated' in eAutomate and will advise the effective termination date. If you have multiple people with the authority to terminate contracts, it can be helpful for everyone to know what has been terminated each day. As an option, you can also advise the Sales Rep of the termination by utilizing the checkbox for send to Sales Rep or Sales Rep's Manager.
The alert will also report contract reinstatement ('un-terminations'). The alert requires that ID174 be subscribed and running properly for the alert to report correctly.
See our list of suggested termination codes here and how you can report on whether your contracts are being upgraded or lost to competition with ID587.
Consider using ID81 to survey your "lost to competitor" termination codes.
