Each January, we publish a list of clients who achieve high scores in customer satisfaction levels. Your company MUST have at least 60 responses for the year to be considered.

World Class Service
A score with NPS above 70. The average US company has a Net Promoter Score of 10. Given the NPS range of -100 to +100, a “Positive” score or NPS above 0 is considered “Good”, above 50 is “Excellent,” and above 70 is considered “World Class.”
Anyone who had an NPS score of 70 or higher from January 1st to December 31st, 2023, should be on the World Class list. If you are missing, then make sure you're subscribed to alert ID102, please, as this gives us permission to add you to the list each year.
Top Ten
This is the top 10% of all dealers using the CEO Juice system.
For 2024 this is NPS of 97.58 and above.
For 2023 this is NPS of 97.31 and above.
For 2022 this is NPS of 97.34 and above.
For 2021 this is NPS of 96.0 and above.
For 2020 this was NPS of 97.6 and above.
For 2019 this was NPS of 96.31 and above.
A Perfect Score
A perfect score for a year means that EVERY response scored a 9 or 10 when asked, "On a scale of zero to ten, how likely are you to recommend us?". There are years when no dealer scores this; we have only had one dealer achieve it two years in a row. See here for how difficult this is.
