Overview

Overview

This alert will review active contracts to see if you have two or more conflicting automatic rate increases set up on a single contract for the same billing type (base or overage). While some companies have multiple rate increases set up for the same billing type intentionally (example: they bill equipment base on the meter groups tab, but bill for IT items base on the Installment Base Billing tab), it is important to catch it when that's not the case and it's an error in setup. This ensures that the contract will increase as intended.

The alert output will let you know which contract it conflicting rate increases on, what billing type it located it under as well as where on the contract the conflicting increases are present.

Run Schedule:  Weekly on Monday afternoons

Type of Output: Email
