Overview
Data entry errors can lead to shipments of too many supplies being shipped before someone catches the mistake. This will alert someone to check the order, so it has less chance of getting out the door with an incorrect quantity. You set the quantity and amount you wish to look for, and the alert will report if either variable is exceeded.

Variable W: Sales Order Types - List the sales order types to trigger on, separating multiple types with commas.
Variable X: Line Item Quantity - Enter the quantity of the item to trigger the alert. The alert will trigger for any line items on the sales order where the quantity is greater than or equal to this number.
Variable Y: Line Item Cost - Enter the line item cost to trigger the alert. The cost of the item is set in the extended out cost of the item. The alert will trigger for any items on the sales order where the cost is greater than or equal to this number.

Alert Functionality
1. The order has to be in the Open status to trigger the alert.
2. If the item has been canceled on the order, it will not trigger the alert.
3. The order type must be one that is listed in Variable W.
4. The line item quantity (1) or cost (2) must exceed the values set in Variables X and Y.
