This report offers a quick snapshot of the lease portfolio's remaining unbilled revenue stream. This report is only applicable if you are billing internal lease charges to your customers directly out of e-automate.

Overview
For companies that bill customers directly for lease amounts and do not go through a third-party lender. This report will provide an aged bucket report with customer details of total payments and the total number of remaining payments from the last billed date through the expiration date. The SSRS report will have to be hardwired to the e-automate company database that is being used by the leasing company, if it's separate from the main e-automate database.

The report will show the total remaining stream and the stream broken into aged buckets by month. The report will also show the lease details.

Variables
Variables
Variable W: LeaseCompanyDBName - The name of the e-automate company that you have set up to run your leasing business. (This may be your main e-automate database or a secondary database just for the leasing business.)
Variable X: ContractTypeRenewals - List the contract types used in e-automate to indicate that a contract has gone into renewal. List the contract types separated by a comma or leave blank for all.

1. For this report to return data, you must be linking the leases to the contract record in e-automate. If the lease is not linked to a contract, it will not show on this report.
To link the lease to the contract, first, change the Lease mode option to 'Lease' on the Billing/Contact tab:
Once the lease mode is updated, you'll see a Lease tab on the contract:

2. You can specify certain contract types that indicate that the lease is a renewal using either the drop-down filter on the report or by listing the contract types in variable X. We recommend having a renewal contract type for each of your leasing types.
