Overview
Overview
ID330 is designed to advise you on contracts that are not hitting the minimum contracted volume. While these contracts can be profitable, you run the risk of a competitor discovering this and explaining to your customers that they are paying for service they're not using. This notice to your customers is always best coming from you, so it's important you're aware of it. This alert also reports on contracts that are exceeding the minimum contracted volume. This is helpful for you to be aware of as it gives insight into conversations surrounding increasing the minimum to have with your customers.
This over/under report on meter groups is for the most recent invoice. You are alerted if the Underage was VariableX percent below the base allowed or if the Overage exceeded the base by VariableW percent.

Alert Functionality
Alert Functionality
This alert reviews contract invoices recently billed and compares the bill copies versus the allowance to determine the percentage of usage above or below contracted volume amount.
Underage Example:
In the example below, the 'B&W Images' Meter Group has a usage amount of 4,492 but a pre-paid allowance amount of 5.000. 100*(4,492 / 5,000) = 90%
Overage Example:
In the example below, the 'B&W Images' Meter Group has a usage amount of 5,921 but a pre-paid allowance amount of 2,500. 100*(5,921 / 2,500) = 236%
