KfsUserName and KfsPassword: We need a user account created inside your KFS instance that holds the Manager role. We understand from KFS the account needs to be tied to an e-mail address, but we need no access to emails at that address, the username and password tied to the account will be sufficient. Someone on your side will need access, however, to enforce whatever password-change requirements you have in place or for basic troubleshooting.
